Compulease Turns to SalesBase for a CRM Solution That Fits

Compulease, the UK’s largest technology leasing company, has installed SalesBase after searching for the elusive middle-ground solution between basic contact management and high-end customer relationship management.

Compulease Managing Director, Nigel Woolf commented: “The system we had in place was not effective because it did not interface well with our other software and employees were reluctant to use it because they could not access all of the information they needed, but budgets would not permit a high-end CRM database. Amongst its features, SalesBase enables users to see a full picture of each customer and prospective customer’s transaction history, whether by phone, email, writing or face-to-face meeting. It generates a full range of management reports – for instance, all sales and business opportunities from prospect to order with full cost and profit reporting – and this includes a custom report writer. SalesBase incorporates diary management scheduling and has the ability to produce all types of documents using MS Word and Excel. Full diary management for people and resources is a standard feature.
