looked at a number of CRM products, Zerographic came
to the conclusion that the right system had to be simple
to use but also must ensure that the right level of
information was input by users and thus available to
those managing the business. SalesBase proved to satisfy
on both counts.
Gavin Burbrough, Zerographic Sales Director, said: “I
discounted several systems because although they offered
a degree of functionality they were cumbersome and I
knew our people would find them an obstacle rather than
an asset".
“There was no point in installing a CRM system
that our users would resist, we needed to be up and
running quickly as our business is very fast moving
and I didn’t want a drop in revenue whilst users
got to grips with new technology”.
